When you call our office to set up a telemedicine appointment, you will need to let the office know if you have updated insurance information and make sure that all of your patient forms are up to date. You will also need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that has a camera and a microphone. If you have any recent lab work or tests performed, please make sure they are sent to our office via fax before your appointment.

During your telemedicine visit, you’ll be connected with your doctor via video chat. You’ll then be able to talk with your doctor, ask any questions you may have, and speak to them about the reason for your appointment. If needed, they can refill your prescription, and it will be sent electronically to your pharmacy to be picked up at your convenience. As we are still a doctor’s office when appointments are held virtually, we ask that you give us a call if you think you will be late for your appointment.
