  1. Preheat grill to medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Brush zucchini with olive oil, then place Italian seasoning and salt over zucchini.
  3. Place zucchini on the grill for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Brush balsamic vinegar over the zucchini and continue cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Serve immediately.
