Fast 5-Step Kale Salad
seeds or nuts
Sweet Tahini Dressing
fresh lemon juice
and a pinch of zest
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Wash the kale by running each thick leaf under warm to hot water and massage any grit away. Then refresh the leaves by running them all under ice cold water.
Remove the thick vein from your kale leaves and discard. Also prep other vegetables however desired. Add the chopped kale and vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients together.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss, then place in the refrigerator.
Allow at least an hour for the dressing to be absorbed by the salad, then enjoy. Consume the salad within 48 hours.
