Grilled Cantaloupe and Prosciutto
  1. Wrap each cantaloupe chunk with a piece of prosciutto and place a water soaked toothpick to hold the prosciutto onto the cantaloupe.
  2. Place on grill until lightly browned; turning to ensure evenly browned sides.
  3. Remove from grill and enjoy.
