Peppercorn Steak (Low FODMAP)
filet mignon steaks
ground down pink peppercorns
ground down fresh black peppercorns
Slice each filet in half to reduce the size (You can leave your pieces normal size or cut them down).
Combine salt, pink peppercorns, black peppercorns and white pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Sprinkle some of the mixture on a plate or cutting board. Rub steak pieces in the mixture, rubbing all sides of each piece until they were well covered.
Let sit for about 15-20 minutes after rubbing the mixture in well.
Heat up the grill. Place steaks on heated grill. Cook until your preference.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
